Phase 2

Scaling and Globalization:

We will be creating the ability for customers to manage white labelling for their brand in-app and configuration settings for the app through the billing platform also enabling you to only pay for the tickets raised based on usage your reports.

Your deployments will be looked after on enterprise-grade infrastructure on major reputable cloud platforms like AWS for security and stability of your services.

Phase 3

Enhancement – Localisation:

Several languages already installed. Our aim is for tha APP to detect the default language of the device and autmatically set that as the APP language.

Verion 1 on general release already has 11 languages – focused on Europe (including German and Spanish).

Phase 4

Enhancement – Projects:

We understand the need to co Manage Project and that more and more – the customer or end user is involved as a project resource

Most CRM systems support this natively. Our goal is in the next relase to have projects Visible from within the APP – eventually Manageable.

Phase 5

Enhancement – (AI) Artificial Intelligence:

AI Powered chat support with intelligent 1st Line responses and the option to stream responses.

Handsfree – App responds to Hey Siri, Hey Google and Alexa
